The legendary Vietnamese noodle dish (and soooo much more than just a “soup”!) made by Thao in an authentic southern style (not found anywhere else in Newcastle!). Enjoy succulent, tender slices of beef, with green leaves and bean sprouts, plus a side dish of a truly southern special, sate (a mix of hoisin, sweet chili, and chili oil – just be aware that it adds a kick!)
